Sound-Well, a space where you can experience the deeply powerful, healing benefits of meditation and sound therapy through the magic of Storytelling and some of the oldest instruments known to mankind, the Gongs.

Sound-Well is dedicated to the belief that sound can be both healing and life enhancing. The difference between the random sounds of daily life and the focused use of sound is that the latter produces harmony rather than dissonance.  When we are able to mindfully absorb healing sound, balance occurs which energises our entire energy system. Vibration rises, and our lives begin to transform as we experience vibrant health on all levels.
